Dear the till lady at a nameless DIY store…

How very kind of you to refer to me as ‘Flower’ as you served me the other day.
For a flower is something of beauty, growth and stature.
I mean, if you’re going to address me as something from the garden,
I’d rather that, than slug.
But if I’m honest – It was rather awkward.
We are barely friends. I don’t even know your name.
Therefore, I’d much rather you address me differently. Here are some options for future reference.
‘Sir’
‘Professor’
or
‘The Incredible Hulk’
Those names give me a sense of importance and value.
Thanks so much, bark.
Prof. Tom Elliott
Through his word (the bible), God says that he knows us by name. Why is that so special?
Well get this…
The very same God who created the universe, the heavens, the earth and each living th
ing that exists – Created you.
Understand that you are known and loved by God – Unconditionally and relentlessly.
