DFS, Gangham style & Bieber

So Christmas is done, the world never ended and New Year is on its way.
I’ve been considering my hopes and dreams for the New Year. Here is my list;

– That the DFS Sale will never end. I like it as it is.
– That Gangnam Style would become the National Anthem.
– A follow back on twitter from Justin Bieber – Because who doesn’t want this?

I think it’s wise to spend time considering our hopes for the new year. Life passes by so quickly that we often don’t get chance to think about it any other time.
It’s great to consider the lessons learnt from this year and move forward with confidence into a new adventure.

Have you ever asked yourself the question – Is God bothered?
I want to suggest that yes, he is. Very much so. As the creator of all, God is passionate about being involved in our lives. In the bible, he speaks personally to me & you when he says, ^‘For I know the plans I have for you….plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”

It was a few years ago that I made the choice to invite God to take the driving seat in my life. To be directly involved in what happened next and even to say ‘God, your plans, not mine’. In going on that journey, I have found complete joy & fulfillment in where he put me.

Maybe next year isn’t looking too hopeful for you, perhaps you are unsure about what is to come?
Well, What if God could change everything? What if God could make the difference that is needed? What if God could take your hopes to the next level?

Allow God to be part of your hopes & future and you have nothing to lose, but everything to gain. I dare you to give God a go and see what happens!
